The Bowflex SelectTech 1090 dumbbells have 17 settings and can quickly be set from 10 to 90 pounds by turning the dial on the side. A DVD is included (at least with the 1090's available at Amazon) to help you design an exercise program. A dumbbell platform is also included so that the weights you don't select to use stay in place in the case.
