The Breville 800JEXL juicer not only uses the two speed controls for consistency, but also for allowing for the hardest fruit (like apples) to be chopped up as fine as possible without causing the Breville to grind to a halt. The feed tube allows for the fruit to be dropped right into the center of the cutting blade for maximum dispersing across the blade's 115 knife edges. Coming back to our trusty apple, the Breville 800JEXL can chop up and create 8 ounces of juice from any regular sized apple in about 5 seconds! It's going to be hard to top speeds like that!

The Breville 800JEXL juicer is created out of diecast steel with a stainless-steel filter with the cutting disk designed from a plat of titanium for the strongest of cutting surfaces. The entire unit is designed by Italians, which may not mean as much right off, but when you realize just how popular creating homemade juice is in Italy, then you begin to understand why Italian made juicers are the best!

The 800JEXL Juice Fountain Elite has a 3-inch feed tube to keep the owner from having to cut all but the largest fruits before putting them through the juicer.
