The Canon PowerShot SX20IS has a built in flash and a built in automatic ISO speed that adjusts to the picture being taken. The camera has an amazing zoom feature and holds steady while you take a picture so the pictures come out clear and crisp. There is an optical image stabilizer that can be turned on or off to control the shake on the camera. When the image stabilizer is turned on there is little chance that any photo taken will appear with a blurry resolution.

There are also 12 different color modes that can be set to adjust or enhance specific colors of the image. There is an included self timer option that is great for taking family and group portraits.
The Canon PowerShot SX20IS is compatible with SDHC memory cards, MMC plus cards and multimedia cards for taking both still images and for recording video. The video recorder has a playback mode so video can be watched on the camera screen immediately after recording video.
