Porsche 912e Review and For Sale
The Porsche 912e is a fantastic Porsche, and probably the only Porsche manufactured that was only sold to the United States. Around 1976, Porsche needed to bring an entry level car into the US market to replace the 914 that was to be discontinued in that year. As an entry level car, the Porsche 912e ran on a 2.0 L Volkswagen engine. The body for the 912e was built around the 911 G-series model.
For collector's the Porsche 912e is extremely rare. Only 2,099 were built through the late 1970's, so finding a 912e in any condition is a good find!
