Peterbilt 379 Diesel Trucks for Sale

Available with or without a sleeper cab, Peterbilt 379 diesel trucks are very popular for use as a semi truck, a flattop, or a dump truck.

The used Peterbilt 379 is available with several engines with the most in-use engines being the ISX Cummins engine, the 3406E Caterpillar engine, or either the C13 or C15 Caterpillar engine.  On the low side, the ISX engine provides 400 hp on a 9 speed transmission for the Peterbilt 379.  The C15 Caterpillar provides the highest horsepower with 550 hp on a 13 speed transmission, but you can find almost any horsepower in 25 hp increments between 400 and 550 hp for the Peterbilt 379.
