It's been a bit more than a week since I went on a 90% sabbatical from writing product specific reviews for the site, and I have to say, I'm pleasantly surprised in the results. I had determined at some point that I needed to write 1,000 word articles each and every day of the week; and had been doing so for the most part over the last year and a half. You can imagine that it becomes a bit tedious and difficult to do while still remaining true and factual on everything written. Lots of research! Anyway, I've taken over all writing this past week, just writing about what I want, yet still keeping it in the bargain-specific category, and traffic has actually gone up.

No, I don't think my traffic is up just because I wrote about mortgage rates, reviewed a few favorite brokers, or Netflix vs Amazon, but it does help that most everything was written from scratch without very little piped in from elsewhere.

I'm keeping the bargain I made in a previous post regarding displaying the most popular posts for the previous week, and so that's what we have here today. Because I don't really want to give too much credence to "one off" postings, if any of those have shown up in the list, I will skip to the next. Without further from me, here are the top 5 product review bargains from the past week!

Top 5 Bargain Product Reviews This Week (catchy title, huh?)

• #1 - DeLonghi EC155 Espress Maker - As it gets colder out, some of us tend to start gravitating toward the hot drinks again. Go to Starbucks, and blow your money quickly, or buy something like the Delonghi EC155 and don't blow it at all.
• #2 - Sharp LC40LE830U Quattron - Football season means the need for high def televisions. In reality, the beginning of Fall is probably the last great time to purchase a new HDTV. New models begin rolling out soon, and you can still pick up great deals right now.
• #3 - Samsung ST700 Camera - We love the dual view cameras, with the front facing LCD allowing the photographer to stand in the picture instead of being behind it. Samsung has a few, but the ST700 is the best bargain currently.
• #4 - Cannondale Synape Road Bikes - We're winding down on people purchasing road bikes right now, but if you like riding year round, it's a really good time to get in on some summer closeouts on high-end bikes like the Synapse.
• #5 - Automoblox - Christmas is coming, and nothing says old-fashioned Christmas like wooden toys. Automoblox aren't just any wooden car, though; they are fairly high-end toys for that special little guy who might be interested in intertwining the building of Legos with the coolness of a toy car!
