When I started this area, I honestly did not realize there were so many appliances and parts to appliances for the kitchen.  You've got your big appliances like the refrigerators, ovens, and dishwashers.  And then the coffee makers and toasters/toaster ovens come to mind.  But having super special appliances like a Jura Capresso for making espresso or coffee that is almost the quality that you can get at Starbucks (and some say better), it's just really fascinating to me!
