Since we first wrote this page for Marzocchi forks, the prices have come down considerably for most of the forks. Granted the new downhill or Bomber Marzocchi forks are still above $200, $300 and even $400, but if you look for the correct used version of what you are after, you can do considerably better in price. As the technology associated with the front suspension forks has increased over the years, especially in how the forks are packed, the price has continued to go up. And that technology certainly helps those who want peak performance out of the mountain bike.
