Suzuki Intruder 1500
The Suzuki Intruder 1500 is a motorcycle that satisfies a lot of cravings. It is large enough to keep you from feeling you should have gotten something bigger. The motorcycle has good looks and lots of style. While you can compare it to other large cruising motorcycles, the Intruder stands on it's own, and is not a "copycat."
The Intruder rider's seat is both comfortable to sit on and a comfortable distance from the pavement. It is well padded and blends in nicely with the motorcycle's lines.
The sixteen-inch tire on the front of the Suzuki 1500, and the fifteen-inch on the rear, make for a good combination. The large tires look good and instill a feeling of confidence.
While many people like to customize their motorcycles there is little room for improvement on the Suzuki Intruder 1500. The designers put a lot of thought into it and any changes would just be a matter of personal taste.

The Suzuki 1500's engine, while having plenty of torque, does not make you feel like you are coming off the line at the drag strip. When you pull off from a light there is a good balance for both slow and fast starts.
Cruising at highway speeds is about as good as it gets. At fifty-five miles per hour there is still plenty of power for passing.
The brakes have lots of stopping power and don't feel like they are going to throw you into a power slide when mashed hard.
At slow speeds handling is also a pleasure.
While the Intruder 1500 is not necessarily an entrance level motorcycle, with proper practice and instruction, just about anyone should be able to enjoy riding it.
Whether riding alone, or with a friend on the back, you can feel safe and comfortable on the Suzuki 1500.
