Downfalls of the camera are kept to just two issues. One is that the camera is not wireless. If the BL-C210A camera is needed in the room where you internet router is located, this should not be an issue. If the camera needs to be on the opposite side of that room, or another room entirely, then there will be an issue. A remote router will be needed to connect to the main router, increasing the cost of the owning the camera.

The other downfall is in the lighting. Because you won't have a flash (can you imagine surprising a burglar with a flash), light will need to be available in the room where the camera is being used. Turn the lights off or dim them, and the video quality will be greatly diminished.
