Panasonic created this camera with the intention of limiting the amount of mega pixels to 10.1 to allow more space for pixels and changed the peripheral circuits along with other components to help further the minimization of noise. These new designs make this camera 40% more sensitive with 35% more saturation when compared to the Panasonic 10 MP digital camera.
As a result of these new designs, the Panasonic DMC-LX3 digital camera provides unbelievable images with wide ranges even when shooting with less than optimum lighting. They also upgraded their lens to the 24mm ultra-wide angle lens which is brighter than their F2.8 lens and is capable of shooting at higher shutter speeds giving it the ability to capture very clear photos in poor lighting environments.
With many more advanced features, this little camera rates right up there with the big boys in its performance and quality. With its easy to use settings for amateur photographers to its manual settings for more advanced photographers, the Panasonic DMC-LX3 digital camera is a great deal for anyone who loves to take photos.
