The Precor 240i is highly recommended for triathletes, highly active 10k runners, and marathon runners. These people tend to have the most issues with the areas being stretched by the Precor 240i, and can gain from its use the most.

The 8 stretch exercises are listed on the platform located between the handlebars for easy reference during stretch. They show you how to perform each stretch with a recommendation of holding each for 10 seconds to 30 seconds each. Slow is the key here: this isn't like a standard exercise routine where faster might be better. The slower you can perform a stretch on the Precor 240i StretchTrainer, the better.
