Weekly Roundup of Bargains Sales and Deals June 6 2010

They say (they being the internet gurus) that once school is out at the end of May or first of June, that traffic to sites such as ours plummets. Well thanks to you guys who continue to visit, I can say that is definitely not the case! Our unique traffic hit an all time high last week! So, I just want to thank you all out there for continuing to come to our site looking for bargains or deals, or more for what we have turned into now, a place to reference before you purchase.
When I started this site, I was told that it wasn't a good idea. A site that doesn't specifically pick a niche and run with that won't be successful. But I really like to research all kinds of products, all kinds of topics, and felt like this type of site suited me best. All thanks to you guys out there for proving me wrong by continuing to visit!
With the gushiness of all that behind me (did I mention you guys rock? Yeah?), we did stay on just two topics this week. We finished up with the digital camera research, and I have to say that I didn't expect to get so many views on our camera research because there are so many great camera sites out there (DPReview.com being the best IMO). But we had our own unique research, and you guys approved.
We also started a series of posts on outdoor grills and barbecues. I actually should have started this topic a few weeks before Memorial Day because that was really the first day that most people started the summer grilling season. But we'll have them all completed in time for people to purchase prior to Independence Day! I didn't expect to find as many bargains as we have with the grills since it's high shopping time for grills, but we did and have found some great ones!
